Superchunk will release a brand new 7″, “Crossed Wires” b/w “Blinders (Fast Vers.)” on July 7.

The record was produced by Scott Solter (John Vanderslice, The Mountain Goats) at Overdub Lane in Durham, NC, and will be available in a limited edition of 1,000 copies on clear vinyl. “Crossed Wires” comes in a beautiful picture sleeve featuring artwork by New York artist, Will Yackulic, and comes with a digital download code that gets you both songs plus a demo version of “Crossed Wires.” Pre-order your copy now in the Merge store!

Superchunk will play a free show at South Street Seaport in New York on July 17th, and as part of XX Merge at the Cat’s Cradle in Carrboro July 22-26.
