If you purchased a four-day pass from the Merge web site, your three-day laminate and a ticket for Sunday evening's show will be waiting for you at the Cat's Cradle "will call" window. All passes will be available for pick-up at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday evening, July 29. There will be a packet for each ticket holder that contains a THREE-Day laminate pass to the Cat's Cradle shows and a separate and VERY IMPORTANT ticket for Sunday night's Lambchop/Clientele/David Kilgour show at The Carolina Theatre in Durham.
ONCE YOU PICK UP YOUR PASSES AND TICKET AT THE CAT'S CRADLE , GUARD THEM WITH YOUR LIFE! THE PASS AND THE SUNDAY TICKETS ARE THE ONLY THINGS THAT WILL GET YOU INTO THE SHOWS. MERGE RECORDS CANNOT REPLACE OR BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS.

Note: this show is free, so get there very, very early! It is "first come, first serve", with no reentries, so if you want to leave and come back, you'll have to get back in line.
Note2: Local 506 is a membership club, so try to join right away if you are planning on coming Wednesday! The price is a low, low $3, and you can join with Paypal through the website below or in person at the Local 506. If you cannot afford it or join in time, we will do our best to coordinate with the club to get everyone signed in somehow.

Cat’s Cradle:
From Atlanta, Charlotte, Asheville, Greensboro, and points Southwest
1) Take I-85 North/ I-40 East to exit 148 for Route 54.
2) Take Route 54 East towards Chapel Hill.
3) After ~ 23 miles, take a right onto Jones Ferry Road exit.
4) At the bottom of the exit ramp, make a left.
5) Go through 4 traffic lights, then across RR tracks.
6) The club will be on the right in a shopping center w/ Blue Awnings.
From Washington, Richmond, and Points North
1) Take I-85 South towards Durham
2) Just after the Guess Road and then Hillandale Road exits is an exit on the left for 15-501 South (EXIT 174-B). Take that exit.
3) Follow that ~ 4 miles, then bear to the right, following 15-501 towards Chapel Hill.
4) After about a dozen traffic lights, be on the lookout for a fork off to the right for Franklin Street / Downtown Chapel Hill. The fork should be ~ 2 miles after you cross over Interstate 40.
5) Once on Franklin Street, follow it for 4 miles up into and then through the center of town. Franklin will become Main Street after a sharp curve to the right and back left. You'll see a KFC on the right, and Cat's Cradle will be on the left about 1/2 block later. If you reach the Railroad tracks, you've gone too far.
From Raleigh, Greenville, Wilmington, and Points East / South
1) Take I-40 West, exiting for Route 15-501 (Exit 270).
2) At the top of the ramp, make a left heading South towards Chapel Hill.
3) Split-off exit for Franklin Street should be no more than 2 miles on the right after that turn.
4) Once on Franklin Street, follow it for 4 miles up into and then through the center of town. Franklin will become Main Street after a sharp curve to the right and back left. You'll see a KFC on the right, and Cat's Cradle will be on the left about 1/2 block later. If you reach the Railroad tracks, you've gone too far.

Hwy. 70: Take “Durham Downtown” exit, Exit #177-A and follow Hwy. 15-501 Business South (Mangum St.) for approximately 1 mile. Turn Right onto Morgan Street. Carolina Theatre is 3 blocks on the left at the corner of Morgan St. and Morris St..
From I-40 WEST (Burlington, Greensboro):
Take Exit #279-B and continue on the Durham Freeway (Hwy. 147 North) for approximately 5 miles. Takes exit #12-B (Roxboro St./Mangum St.) and turn Right at first traffic light onto Roxboro St., following signs for Downtown. Bear left onto the Downtown Loop (Morgan St.). Carolina Theatre is 4 blocks on the left at the corner of Morgan St. and Morris St..

When highway divides near the former site of South Square Mall (now the Super Target!), take Hwy. 15-501 Bypass North/Duke University. Follow for approximately 4 miles to I-85 North. Continue on I-85 North for approximately 3 miles. Take “Durham Downtown” exit, Exit #177-A. Follow directions for I-85 above.
