Released here on CD for the first time, All-Night Lotus Party sees principal songwriter Peter Prescott (Mission of Burma) in a more collaborative effort with bandmates Jon Williams and Jeff Weigand. The trio meld "hardcore punk and heartland rock" (AMG) into a heavier, darker sound with more distortion on the guitars and more bass-heavy production. This reissue, crisply remastered by legendary engineer Bob Weston, features 11 bonus tracks (many unreleased previously).
