King Khan & The Shrines will release Idle No More on September 3, but listen to the whole album now at SPIN.com.

Also, King Khan & The Shrines will kick off their world tour August 28 in Luxembourg and make their way to the US in October. A full list of dates is below.

Idle No More proves this psychedelic soul band can not only induce feverish frenzied dance floor killers, but also mix it up with timeless hymns and some more serious socio-political issues at the same time. It’s about the state of the world we live in today and it’s King Khan & The Shrines’ most refined piece of music yet. The album, named after an indigenous rights movement, offers a glimmer of hope in such chaotic times. "Idle No More really documents a very big healing process that I had to go through in the past few years and I hope that this music can help the healing process the world is so badly in need of right now," says Khan. Looks like what has been called the “wildest show on earth” is gearing up for the revolution!
